How much does the workshop cost, and how many people can attend?+
$3,000 + GST for a four-hour workshop with up to 10 people, including business-specific preparation and materials. Please enquire about larger groups.
Do we need technical or AI experience?+
No. We tailor the session to your team’s experience, whether they’re new to ChatGPT or already using it daily. No coding knowledge is required.
Can you tailor the workshop to our business?+
Yes. All our workshops are tailored. We build the exercises around your team’s documents, processes and repetitive tasks.
What business tasks can we use ChatGPT for?+
Drafting client communications, preparing reports, analysing spreadsheets and reviewing documents. We also help your team build reusable prompts and Custom GPTs around recurring work.
What should we send you beforehand?+
An overview of your team, the systems you use and a few tasks you’d like to improve. Please include one recurring report or template. Anonymised examples are welcome.
What do we need to bring?+
A laptop, charger and access to ChatGPT and the tools needed for your exercises. We’ll confirm subscription and setup requirements beforehand.
Do you cover privacy and sensitive business information?+
Yes. We cover appropriate data sharing, account and workspace settings, connected-tool permissions and checking AI outputs before using them.
Will you build custom integrations during the workshop?+
Where suitable, we can prepare a limited demonstration connecting ChatGPT to one business system or workflow. Access requirements are agreed beforehand; production integrations are scoped separately.
What happens if we identify something worth automating?+
We can assess the opportunity and provide a separate scope and quote for implementation. There’s no obligation to proceed.
Should we choose ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot training?+
We consider the tools your team already uses, the work you want to improve and your security requirements. We’ll help you choose before booking.
What support is available after the workshop?+
You’ll receive reusable prompts, workflow resources and a follow-up check-in two weeks later to answer questions and review progress.
