We deliver private, in-person Claude workshops in Perth. Online webinars can be organised for teams across Australia at a reduced rate.
How much does the workshop cost, and how many people can attend?+
$3,000 + GST for a four-hour workshop with up to 10 people, including business-specific preparation and materials. Please enquire about larger groups.
Do we need technical or AI experience?+
No. We tailor the session to your team’s experience, from first-time users to people already using Claude regularly. No coding knowledge is required.
Can you tailor the workshop to our business?+
Yes. All our workshops are tailored. We use your workflows, documents and business examples so your team can apply what they learn the following week.
What business tasks can we use Claude for?+
Drafting quotes and proposals, analysing spreadsheets, reviewing documents, preparing reports and summarising meetings. We also help your team turn repeatable tasks into reusable prompts, Projects and Skills.
What should we send you beforehand?+
An overview of your team, the systems you use and a few repetitive tasks you’d like to improve. Please include one recurring report or template. Anonymised examples are welcome.
What do we need to bring?+
A laptop, charger and access to Claude and the tools needed for your exercises. We’ll confirm subscription and setup requirements beforehand.
Do you cover privacy and sensitive business information?+
Yes. We cover appropriate data sharing, account settings, connected-tool permissions and checking AI outputs, with guidance suited to your business’s confidentiality requirements.
Will you build custom integrations during the workshop?+
Where suitable, we can prepare a limited demonstration connecting Claude to one business system or workflow. Access requirements are agreed beforehand; production integrations are scoped separately.
What happens if we identify something worth automating?+
We can assess the opportunity and provide a separate scope and quote for implementation. There’s no obligation to proceed.
Should we choose Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot training?+
We consider your existing tools, team preferences, workflows and security requirements. If you’re unsure, we’ll help you choose before booking.
What support is available after the workshop?+
You’ll receive reusable prompts, workflow resources and a follow-up check-in two weeks later to answer questions and review progress.
