Graduate from prompting, start using Claude properly.
A hands-on Claude workshop for Australian business owners and teams. Build real, working systems you can use the following week, not a slide deck about the future.
Claude is useful. Most businesses just aren’t using it properly yet.
You’ve probably used Claude to write emails or summarise notes. That’s fine, but it’s barely scratching the surface. Set up properly, Claude can pull overdue invoices from Xero and draft the follow-ups, turn a site visit into a formatted quote in your own template, or generate a branded report from a pile of documents without touching Word.
This is a hands-on workshop, not a presentation. You’ll work through real tasks and leave with practical systems wired into the tools you already use, including SharePoint, Google Drive, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and more.
What you'll actually do
By the end of the day you'll have built and tested each of these, not just watched a demo.
Set up Claude for your business
Give Claude the context it needs to understand your work, your clients, and the way your business actually operates.
Build reusable prompts & Skills
Create prompt templates and Claude Skills tailored to your specific workflows so the work is repeatable, not one-off.
Generate documents in your branding
Use AI for Excel, data processing, and document generation that comes out in your company’s voice, template, and branding.
Schedule tasks to run automatically
Set tasks to run on a timer or business event trigger so Claude works for you in the background, even when you’re away.
Connect AI to your business tools
Wire Claude into SharePoint, Google Drive, Xero, HubSpot, GoHighLevel and more. If it has an API, you can probably connect to it.
Work from your phone
Kick off work from your phone on the go and come back to drafted documents and emails waiting for you.

Who it's for
If your team spends time on manual data entry, chasing approvals, formatting reports, or copying information between systems, this is relevant to you.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need any technical knowledge or AI experience?+
No. This workshop is designed for non-technical people, business owners and their teams, not developers. Whether you use AI daily or have never opened Claude before, you’ll be able to follow along and leave with practical skills you can use straight away.
What do I need to bring?+
A laptop and charger, a Claude Pro subscription (the free tier won’t work), and the Claude desktop app installed. If any of that is tricky, don’t stress, a setup guide is sent out after you receive your tickets.
Do I need a paid Claude subscription, and which plan?+
Yes, you’ll need an active Claude subscription on the Pro plan ($20/month) or above. Full details on what to set up before the day are sent via email along with the course materials.
What will I actually walk away with?+
Practical systems you can use the following week, including reusable prompt templates, Claude Skills for your own workflows, scheduled tasks, and custom MCP connections to your business systems. It’s hands-on, so you’ll have done the work before you walk out the door.
Is lunch included?+
Yes, lunch is catered. We also take a 30-minute break, and there are plenty of cafes and food options a short walk away if you’d prefer to head out.
Who is running this and what’s their background?+
The workshop is run by Will Godwin, a software engineer with five years of experience building production systems, including a payment platform processing millions of dollars in transactions daily. His recent work focuses on practical AI applications, automation workflows, and voice AI receptionists for real businesses.
