Graduate from prompting, start using Copilot properly.

A hands-on Microsoft Copilot workshop for Australian business owners and teams.

Copilot is useful. Most Microsoft 365 teams just aren’t using it properly yet.

You’ve probably used Copilot to draft an email or summarise a document. That’s fine, but it’s barely scratching the surface. Set up properly, Copilot can pull data from SharePoint and draft a report in your own template, build a custom agent in Copilot Studio for a repeatable task, or trigger a Power Automate flow the moment a form is submitted.

This is a hands-on workshop, not a presentation. You’ll work through real tasks and leave with practical systems wired into the Microsoft 365 tools you already use, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Power Automate.

What you'll actually do

By the end of the day you'll have built and tested each of these, not just watched a demo.

Set up Copilot for your business

Configure Microsoft 365 Copilot with the context it needs, your files, your templates, and the way your business actually operates.

Build a custom agent in Copilot Studio

Create a Copilot Studio agent tailored to one of your real workflows, not a generic demo bot.

Draft documents in your branding

Use Copilot inside Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate reports, quotes, and proposals in your own template and voice.

Automate tasks with Power Automate

Pair Copilot with Power Automate so repetitive approvals, notifications, and data entry run on a trigger, not a person.

Connect Copilot to SharePoint, Teams & Outlook

Wire Copilot into the Microsoft 365 tools you already use so it can find, summarise, and act on your real business data.

Work from Teams and mobile

Kick off a request from Teams on desktop or mobile. Come back to documents, summaries and email drafts ready for review.

What you'll walk away with

  • A clearer picture of where Copilot saves time in your business
  • A working Copilot Studio agent built for one of your real workflows
  • Document templates that generate correctly in your branding
  • Power Automate flows connected to Copilot for recurring tasks
  • The ability to use Copilot as part of your operations, not just as a chat sidebar

Who it's for

If your team is already on Microsoft 365 and spends time on manual data entry, chasing approvals, formatting reports, or copying information between systems, this is relevant to you.

Do I need a paid Copilot licence, and which one?+

Yes, you’ll need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence attached to your account. Full details on what to set up beforehand are sent via email along with the course materials.
