No. The workshop is designed for business users. Familiarity with everyday Microsoft 365 tools is helpful, but no coding knowledge is required.

A laptop, charger and access to your work Microsoft 365 account. We’ll confirm the required apps, licences and permissions with you or your IT provider beforehand.
Do we need a paid Copilot licence or access to Copilot Studio?+
For the full hands-on workshop, participants need an appropriate paid work Copilot licence. If agent building is included, we’ll also confirm Copilot Studio access and any additional licensing requirements.
Do you cover privacy and sensitive business information?+
Yes. We cover appropriate data use, SharePoint permissions, sharing controls and checking AI outputs. We also identify any access or configuration issues your IT provider should address.
Will we build a Copilot agent or automation?+
Where included in the agreed scope, we’ll guide your team through a practical agent or automation using an agreed workflow. This depends on suitable licences, permissions and preparation.
What happens if we identify something worth automating?+
We can assess the workflow and separately scope an agent, Power Automate flow or system integration. There’s no obligation to proceed.
Should we choose Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT training?+
Copilot may be a good fit if your team works primarily in Microsoft 365. We’ll consider your workflows, existing tools and security requirements before recommending an approach.
What support is available after the workshop?+
